Were you connecting in the game through Facebook before the game was reset? If yes, please connect again in the game through Facebook:
1) Connect to Wifi (sometimes the data connection is not strong enough, so you must use Wifi for positive results)
2) Tap on the three-wheeler located to the right of Ted's head
3) Follow the directions to connect Facebook .
Once you reconnect, you will pick up your game’s progress, including any in-app purchases. If you did not connect Facebook before the reset, or you followed the steps above and the progress did not restore, please read below for more info:
On Apple Devices:
Load the game and click on the pause button. At the top left of the menu, you should see a button "Restore Purchases”. Click on that to start the process. Please note, "consumable" items in the game will not restore. For example, cash is a consumable item. However, things like item unlocks or the remove-ads option are not consumable, and will be included in the "Restore Purchases" function.
On Android Devices:
Please contact our customer support team by clicking the pause button in the game and selecting Feedback. Be sure to include the GPA order number for your purchase(s) in your message. It looks like this: GPA.0000-0000-0000-0000 (where there are zeros, you will see your order number). You can find this number on your receipt from Google.
